We are excited to welcome you to BrickInn in Mount Morris, NY. Before your stay, please review the policies below so you know what to expect.
Our room rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. A 3% Occupancy Tax and 8% NY State Sales Tax apply. If you prefer to skip breakfast, let the Innkeeper know during your phone reservation and your rate will be reduced by $20 per morning. This cannot be changed after check in.
During peak season from May to October, weekends may require a two night stay. Holiday weekends and special events may require up to three nights.
Extended stay and corporate rates may be available Sunday through Thursday. Call 585.658.1198 for details.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your room. A deposit equal to your first night's room rate plus tax is collected at time of booking. The balance is due day of check-in. Single night stays and reservations made within 14 days of arrival are charged in full at booking.
Guests who book directly through our website may purchase the optional Travel Protection Plan at the time of booking. This plan allows guests to apply for a refund, minus the Travel Protection fee, in the event of covered unforeseen circumstances.
Check in is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check out is at noon. If you need a later check in, please let us know. Repeat guests may use self check in when arriving late.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 14 or more days before arrival are refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival, early departures, and no-shows are charged the full value of the reservation.
Group reservations of three or more rooms follow a 30 day cancellation policy with the same conditions.
Because we have only a few rooms, cancellations impact us greatly. We understand that plans change and guests who booked directly through our website may have purchased the optional Travel Protection Plan at the time of booking. Guests can then apply for a refund, minus the Travel Protection fee, in the event of covered unforeseen circumstances.
Smoking
BrickInn is smoke free. Smoking is allowed only in the side yard near the parking area. Smoking is not permitted on any porch.
Guestrooms
Guestrooms are for registered guests only. Visitors are welcome in common areas with prior approval. Rooms accommodate two guests. A rollaway bed may be added to select rooms for $20. Children over 12 are welcome with a parent. For special requests or last minute availability, call 585.658.1198.
Pets
We cannot host pets. Countryside Kennels in Perry is a nearby option. Our two Great Danes stay in the owner’s quarters and backyard. Service dogs are welcome with advance notice.
Accessibility
All guestrooms are on the second floor and require stairs. Due to the historic layout, accessibility features could not be added. We are happy to help you find suitable nearby lodging.
Damages
Excessive damage may result in additional charges. A $300 fee applies for smoking inside the Inn or on any porch.
Community Impact
BrickInn, in partnership with Kind Traveler’s Every Stay Gives Back program, supports Friends of Letchworth State Park. The mission of Friends of Letchworth State Park is to support the preservation, conservation and careful development of Letchworth State Park. Through our community impact program, Brickinn donates $1 per night on behalf of the guest to the Friends of Letchworth State Park. 100% of the funds are given to Friends of Letchworth State Park. Your Personal Information When users elect to make online reservations users are required to supply certain personal information. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your booking. We only utilize your email addresses in pre-stay and post-stay communication. We will not disclose, share, sell or divulge your personal information, such as address, email, and telephone numbers to third parties, unless we have informed you, been authorized by you or are required to do so by law. We will maintain this information in accordance with our strict confidentiality standards.
