We are excited to welcome you to BrickInn in Mount Morris, NY. Before your stay, please review the policies below so you know what to expect.

Our room rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. A 3% Occupancy Tax and 8% NY State Sales Tax apply. If you prefer to skip breakfast, let the Innkeeper know during your phone reservation and your rate will be reduced by $20 per morning. This cannot be changed after check in.

During peak season from May to October, weekends may require a two night stay. Holiday weekends and special events may require up to three nights.
Extended stay and corporate rates may be available Sunday through Thursday. Call 585.658.1198 for details.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your room. A $50 deposit is charged at booking and the balance is charged the morning of arrival. We do not accept personal checks.

Check in is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check out is at noon. If you need a later check in, please let us know. Repeat guests may use self check in when arriving late.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, a $50 fee per room applies and your deposit is not refunded. If you cancel within 14 days, the full stay will be charged. You will only be reimbursed if we can rebook your room, less the $50 fee.
Group reservations of three or more rooms follow a 30 day cancellation policy with the same conditions.
Because we have only a few rooms, cancellations impact us greatly. We understand that plans change and we will do our best to rebook your room.
Smoking
BrickInn is smoke free. Smoking is allowed only in the side yard near the parking area. Smoking is not permitted on any porch.
Guestrooms
Guestrooms are for registered guests only. Visitors are welcome in common areas with prior approval. Rooms accommodate two guests. A rollaway bed may be added to select rooms for $20. Children over 12 are welcome with a parent. For special requests or last minute availability, call 585.658.1198.
Pets
We cannot host pets. Countryside Kennels in Perry is a nearby option. Our two Great Danes stay in the owner’s quarters and backyard. Service dogs are welcome with advance notice.
Accessibility
All guestrooms are on the second floor and require stairs. Due to the historic layout, accessibility features could not be added. We are happy to help you find suitable nearby lodging.
Damages
Excessive damage may result in additional charges. A $300 fee applies for smoking inside the Inn or on any porch.​​

Your Personal Information When users elect to make online reservations users are required to supply certain personal information. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your booking. We only utilize your email addresses in pre-stay and post-stay communication. We will not disclose, share, sell or divulge your personal information, such as address, email, and telephone numbers to third parties, unless we have informed you, been authorized by you or are required to do so by law. We will maintain this information in accordance with our strict confidentiality standards.
